What we don't do
We build and integrate AI, plus a few one-off setup projects that support it. We are not an IT support provider, so we don't:
- fix or set up computers, phones, printers, networks or Wi-Fi
- run an IT helpdesk or manage your staff accounts day to day
- provide cybersecurity services, compliance certification or incident response
- maintain websites or software we didn't build
- give legal, accounting or financial advice
If you need something outside our scope, we will say so plainly and point you to someone who can help.
Common questions
What does it cost?
Every project is quoted after a free 30-minute call, based on a written scope. You approve the scope and the price before we start.
Do I own my domain, email and website accounts?
Yes. Accounts are opened in your name. We are added as administrators for the project and removed when it ends if you ask.
Do you provide ongoing IT support?
No. Setup projects are one-off, and care plans cover only the AI systems and integrations we built. For day-to-day IT support we can introduce you to a provider.
How long does a project take?
A first AI prototype typically takes a few weeks. We agree timing for every project in the written scope.
Can I pick just one thing from the Foundations Pack?
Yes. Each option can be bought on its own, and the full pack suits businesses that want it all sorted in one go.
